About Us
The Hospice Charitable Fund of Central Arizona is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization established in 1998 as the non-profit arm of the local hospice in Casa Grande. The Board of Directors and Volunteers are committed to increased awareness of end of life issues, in providing comfort and compassionate assistance to those at end of life, and in increasing the quality of life to those at end of life. Assistance is provided to persons in need in Pinal and Gila Counties of Central Arizona. The Fund strives to mobilize resources to meet specific, individual requests and provides the means to enhance comfort and peace of mind to those at end of life and their families.
Over the past 25+ years, families of hospice patients as well as community members have generously donated to and supported the Fund. The organization has evolved over the years and no longer is associated with any one hospice, and recipients no longer need to be associated with a hospice. The Fund continues to be community based.
